* config/tc-mips.c (tc_gen_reloc): Extend GP-relative addend
handling to BFD_RELOC_MIPS16_GPREL.
[gas/testsuite/]
* gas/mips/elf-rel6.[sd]: New test.
* gas/mips/mips.exp: Run it.
