* elflink.c (elf_gc_mark_dynamic_ref_symbol): Handle -shared.
(bfd_elf_gc_sections): Allow -gc-sections when -shared.
* elf32-ppc.c (ppc_elf_gc_sweep_hook): Correct for -shared.
