What about this one? I thought Richard had checked it in into the branch too,
but looking at gas/ChangeLog it isn't there and gcc-3.0 in fact doesn't
detect a valid .debug_line support.

* dwarf2dbg.c (user_filenum, user_filenum_allocated): Remove.
(dwarf2_directive_loc): Don't use them.
(dwarf2_directive_file): Reject duplicate file definitions.
(get_filenum): Zero allocated memory.
(out_file_list): Complain about missing file definitions.
