Hm, I wonder why that was ever there. That changes the amount of
emboldening that *roff does with bold fonts, which is the sort of fiddling
with the -man macro set that I really prefer not to do.
It will be gone in the next version of Pod::Man (I have a bunch of other
pending problem reports and patches to go through, and I'm really busy
right now, so that release may be a little bit).
