GCC 3.00 + Binutils 2.11.2 on HP-UX 11.00 on HP 9000 system

Hello, does anyone know how to properly build binutils/gcc with 64bit support?

Ive been told that binutils does support hppa64 but I can't get it to build it.

I have the PA64 linker/assembler (as64/ld64) but they don't get called because the precompiled gcc 2.9.x is only 32bit compiled.

Does anyone have any pointers on what I should be doing?
