This is the offending patch.  Exposes a long-standing ld bug.  I'll see
about fixing it.

	* emulparams/elf64_ia64.sh (EXTRA_EM_FILE): Reference it.
	* Makefile.am (eelf64_ia64.c): Depend on it.
