This patch is for HPUX 11.00 machines which generate errors involving "size_t"
while bootstrapping binutils with GCC 3.0 and GCC 3.0.1
This has been traced to a problem with the HPUX 11.00 system header files and
required a patch in GCC. The patch can be found here:
