Back in 1991 or so, AT&T published the gABI/psABI as a set of books. I bought
a copy off the shelf in a Silicon Valley computer bookstore. They were only
about 30 USD each. There wasn't a problem getting the info until after Unix
was sold to Novell. Novell published one set with the AT&T logo replaced
with the Novell logo, and then they went out of print. I believe that SCO
published a set after they bought UNIX from Novell, but anyways during the
later SCO years the info became available online. After Caldera bought most
of SCO, Caldera continued to make them available online. Others have already
posted the Caldera URL for the info.

Amazingly enough, Amazon has a link for the 1991 MIPS psABI book. They
apparently have a used copy of it.
