Does this mean we should run any MIPS testcase we have for all features
which aren't explicitly disabled in the code, simply ignoring failures?
Or, even worse, tune all mips*-linux targets to not fail in these cases
and bloat it unnecessarily for the benefit of the testsuite?

I don't think that's a good idea.
