Thank you very much for submitting this patch.  Unfortunately before
we can consider accepting it you need to sign the copyright over to
the FSF.   Assumign that you are willing to do this, then please fill
out the form attached below and send it off.

This seems like a good idea.  But again, if you do develop such a
patch you would need to assign the copyright over to the FSF.  You can
set up the form below to permanently assign the copyright for any
patches that you donate, so that you do not have seek permission for
individual donations.
