This is what I need to to with the GDB :-)

These files are found at the link you supported? - I found 2 .rpm files, but I
don't know how to open these. I'll look into it and let you know how it goes

Ok - The GDB doesn't support any Cxxx targets, but the BFD looks like it
supports C54x. If they are similar, I will save a lot of time porting the BFD
:-). Do you know how similar, or where I should look?.

I think it gets me a step closer to porting the GDB :-), so thanks a lot for
