Hi .. I tried to build binutils from CVS with --target=mips64-linux --prefix=$PREFIX and I got this: cd spu && ../../../../cvs/cygnus/src/utils/spu/configure --cache-file=../config.cache --host=i686-pc-linux-gnu --target=mips64-linux --with-gnu-as --with-gnu-ld --with-stabs --prefix=/home/palic/Files/CrossCompiler/ --srcdir=../../../cvs/cygnus/src/utils --cache-file=../../config.cache --srcdir=../../../../cvs/cygnus/src/utils/spu loading cache ../../config.cache checking for gcc... (cached) gcc checking whether the C compiler (gcc -g -O2 ) works... yes checking whether the C compiler (gcc -g -O2 ) is a cross-compiler... no checking whether we are using GNU C... (cached) yes checking whether gcc accepts -g... (cached) yes checking for a BSD compatible install... /bin/sh /home/palic/Files/cross/cvs/cygnus/src/install-sh -c checking for working const...
