Subject: [Patch] add QNX Neutrino corefile support

Hello,

I have attached a patch and changelog entry to add corefile support for QNX
Neutrino to elf.c.  It's basically exactly the same as the way NetBSD does
it.  A corefile is recognized by a string in namedata and then notes are
read with Neutrino specific functions.
