About cygwin FAIL in gas testsuite: i386 {abs reloc, pcrel reloc, sub}

I have noticed for a long while that gas' testsuite FAIL on these tests:
FAIL: i386 abs reloc
FAIL: i386 pcrel reloc
FAIL: i386 sub
