mips $12-$15 are named $t4-$t7

Even though $t0-$t3 were renamed to $a4-$a7 in NewABI, $t4-$t7
retained their names. The MIPS disassembler incorrectly renumbered
the $t# registers. Fixed as follows. I'm checking it in as obviously
correct.
