Hi Guys,

  Right, it is obvious that I was confused about who maintains the top
  level configure files.  I am going to check in the patch below to
  update the text in binutils/MAINTAINERS and then I will check in
  Robert's patch to configure.in.

  I also decided that it would be a good idea to include the
  binutils@sources.redhat.com address as a receiver for patches, given
  the spam problems with the bug-binutils@gnu.org address.

	the top level configure files (other than config.guess and
	config.sub).  Add binutils@sources.redhat.com as an address to
