I used
gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-53)
and
gcc version 3.4.4 20050721 (Red Hat 3.4.4-2)
They both have this problem. Is that a regression in gcc 3.4? I will
check out gcc 4.0 and 4.1.
