Yes, it uses Microsoft PE format. By this reason, may this patch itself is 
really not necessary at all. I think I put the elf64 object format 
additionally to the bfd supported object files handlers, which are actual 
not really needed. May this is wrong.

I thought x86_64 mingw64 used Microsoft PE format as it was configured
in bfd, gas and ld.
