embedspu script


More CELL support.

	* embedspu.sh: New file.
	* Makefile.am (embedspu): Add rule.
	* configure.in (BUILD_MISC): Add embedspu for powerpc-linux.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
