I expect so, but please can you tell us how/if you checked the patch. 
In particular I would like to know that you made sure that regenerating 
the cgen built files in opcodes/ still works.  (I am sure that you did 
check this, I just would like it documented in the mail archive).

It is always best in case like this to post to the list(s) first and see 
if anyone has any comments or concerns.  In this particular case for 
example I would suggest that you also post to the 
gdb-patches@sourceware.org list, since the cgen sources are also used in 
the building of some of the simulators.

I doubt if anyone will have any problems with the reorganization, but 
checking first is always best.
