  I'm not the maintainer for this area, but no, it won't be OK: check the top
of the frv-ibld.c file, and you'll see:-

>    THIS FILE IS MACHINE GENERATED WITH CGEN: Cpu tools GENerator.
>    - the resultant file is machine generated, cgen-ibld.in isn't

  You should take this up on the cgen list, because from the looks of it it
will need to be fixed in the template, and there might be issues because that
has to be fully cross-platform and portable.
