Yours, perhaps by proxy, I believe. The 1.13 "merge from gcc"
removed this field. Doubtful whether it's useful to start a
commit-fight with the merge-daemon, if the merge is now
automatic; better talk to its guardian, thus. For
e.g. cris-axis-elf but probably everywhere:
