binutils/
2012-07-25  Kai Tietz

         * rcparse.y (FILEVERSION): Use optcnumexpr instead of cnumexpr.
         (PRODUCTVERSION): Likewise.

binutils/testsuite
2012-07-25  Kai Tietz

         * binutils-all/windres/version_small.rc: New test.
         * binutils-all/windres/version_small.rsd: Likewise.

Tested for i686-w64-mingw32, and x86_64-w64-mingw32. Ok for apply?
