I wasn't paying close attention to this thread but just as an FYI:

Don't use sources.redhat.com.  Use sourceware.org.  Red Hat has changed
the IP address for sources.redhat.com to point at a new system which,
as far as we can tell, only forwards web traffic.  Other services don't
work.
