 I think this should be:

/* name,    args,	match,      mask,	pinfo,			pinfo2,		membership[[,	ase],	exclusions] */

or suchlike as the use of "exclusions" requires "ase" to have been set 
too (possibly to 0).  Likewise in opcodes/mips-opc.c.
