here the problems cross compiling the binutils

i ftp-ed binutils 2.9.1.tar.gz

i put them in a directory and then ran stuff 

./configure --target=alpha-redhat-linux
make

make:** No rule to make target '../bfd/bfd.h', needed by 'size.o'. Stop.

How to solve this?
attached the output during configuring the binutils.
