M68K Cross Compiler

Hi all,

I am trying to find a Packaged X-Compiler and Debugger with 
Documentation.The target is Motorola M68K-elf, Windows or Linux host.

Something a bit like the way Red Hat Linux is sold. I contacted RedHat 
about GNUPro but it comes with a very pricey support contract
  An expensive support contract is not that attractive to us as we are 
pretty capable anyway - we already Develop Linux Drivers in house that are 
now part of the Standard Linux Distribution. I realise that the market for 
GNUPro is much smaller than Red Hat Linux so we'd expect to pay a lot more 
for it, but not as much as Red Hat is asking for it.

Is there anything available around the US$1000 mark?

Any suggestions?
