building a cross compiler for sh

Hi BG,
I am building a cross compiler on i686-pc-linux-gnu hosted i586-cygwin32 for
target sh-hms

If I add a case as i686-pc-linux-gnu whereever powerpc-linux to your script
at http://crossgcc.billgatliff.com.
and sh-hms whereever sh-elf will it be OK?

What is the significance of "winsup" directory? Your script does not mention
anything about it?
Instead of host as i586-cygwin32 if I give i586-win32/winnt then can I get
rid of winsup directory?
Pl. reply
Thanks,
AnitaK
