Hi Jan ;-) I succeeded in making binutils 2.11.2 for the "tic54x" target. But when doing a "../gcc-3.0/configure --target=tic54x --enable-languages=c --with-newlib --without-headers" it says: *** This configuration is not supported in the following subdirectories: target-libstdc++-v3 target-libffi target-boehm-gc target-zlib target-libjava gcc target-libf2c zlib fastjar target-libobjc (Any other directories should still work fine) In other words, gcc doesn't support the TI C54x targets. I don't really know how to procede. Does anybody know if I can make a cross-compiler for the Texas Instruments TMS320C5441 (or C54x) CPU ? Or do I have to alter the 'C4x', that's supported out-of-the-box in GCC, to make the C5441?
