Yes it is also old. It will compile only with older sources. It won't compile with
the latest gcc-2.95.3, mingw-runtime and win32api sources.

I used it as a start point in February 2001 to develop my cross compiler script.
I have added/removed some patches to be up to date.

2 days ago there was a new mingw-runtime and win32api released. I had no
time to update my script until now. Currently it uses the versions from 20010726.
