- Subject: Does mips64-elf support ABI_N32 in gcc 3.1?
I'm trying to build a compiler for mips64-elf system which can
support N32. I understand that the support would not be multilib-like
supporting as some SGI platforms. Thus I tried to change the
MIPS_ABI_DEFAULT setting in mips64.h. However, after setting it into
ABI_N32, I got some errors about SUBTARGET_CPP_SIZE_SPEC undefined.
There is a comment above this default setting statement says: /* This
should change to n32 when it is supported in gas. */
Does that mean my gas doesn't support n32? But I'm pretty sure that
I can assemble n32 code without any problem.
or I should use ABI_MEABI instead to get my memory address being
32-bits, but data portion being 64-bits?
Thanks a lot....Have a nice day!
