Patch to glibc-2.2.2 to allow build w/ gcc-3.x: Part 2

I needed to build glibc-2.2.2 using gcc-3.x to support
some of our older redhat machines.

This file patches glibc-linuxthreads-2.2.2.

When using crosstool, I placed it in:

   patches/glibc-linuxthreads-2.2.2/linuxthreads-gcc3.patch

(you also need the glibc-gcc3.patch)

-vince
