sanitized headers and missing header files

Subject: sanitized headers and missing header files

  regarding my recent confrontation with the sanitized headers, i just
got email from llh's maintainer, mariusz, and his solution was to, in
the header file asm-sh/ptrace.h, *remove* the inclusion of "asm/ubc.h"
since that latter file is a kernel-only file.

  if you were following that thread, that will clearly solve the
specific problem i was having and allow the build of an sh3eb chain.
i'll do another test run just to make sure there were no untoward side
effects.
