crosstool status

I'm trying to get crosstool-0.32 out; I think it's
in good shape, I'm just doing the build matrix now.
Nothing really special, mostly a few more gcc-4.0
compatibility patches for glibc, plus glibc-2.2.2 patches
(a surprising number of people still care about
that old version!) and more rpm improvements.

I would have included more changes in this release,
but I want to get a big baseline build matrix first,
showing some combinations I didn't build before.
