gcc-4.1 support in crosstool

I added the start of gcc-4.1 snapshot support to
crosstool, and uploaded it as
  http://kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.35.tar.gz
demo-i686.sh currently builds gcc-4.1-20050522-glibc-2.3.5-hdrs-2.6.11.2
using gcc-3.4.3 as the bootstrap compiler.
Haven't verified that it works, just happy that it builds.

0.36:
    crosstool.sh:
    * Now works when GCC_CORE_DIR is a gcc-3 variant.
    gcc-4.1 support:
    * added gcc-4.1-20050522-glibc-2.3.5-hdrs-2.6.11.2.dat
    (No regression test was run, so I'm kind of hoping the
    crosstool change didn't break anything. It seems safe...)
