The first thing to do is to go to "THE" web-site to do everything ... Then start trying things out. Here's the link: http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/ Hint: when you untar this beast, you can look at the demo*arm*.h scripts and work from there. Check out the *.dat files mentioned in the demo*.sh file and you can select the threads/kernel/glibc/gcc versions and pretty much everything works. The alternatives are pretty dismal comparatively speaking.
