Thank u all who replied me, Pramod; for ur time...

As many suggested,
It was problem with hard-* soft-* floats

When I built toolchain, arm-softfloat-linux-gnu for my target ARM926EJ-S
I got the result.

*** It was going wrong with arm-9tdmi-linux-gnu.... I suppose, *tdmi*
support is not there.***
