I have also tried Multilib, but I too was getting lot of errors in compilation. See if you are tring to reduce the size of uClibc or glibc, u can un-check as many option as you can, basically reduce the functionality. So it will reduce the size. Or is there any other motive for multilib. Which ARM and libc r u trying?
