crosstool-NG 1.16.0 fails to download eglibc-2_15

The reported bug turns up in croostool-ng 1.16.0 in ubuntu 12.04, where svn
version 1.6.17 (r1128011) is installed. However it is impossible to apply the
patch, because the file eglibc.sh has changed too much since.

I cannot get the problem solved right now. Ideas?
