The tiff package provides libraries and utilities for manipulating
TIFF image files.
This is a security update.

This release is specific to cygwin-1.5. It imports a number of new
security patches from Debian.

o Update to debian patchset 3.8.2-13
- Fixes CVE-2009-2285
- Fixes CVE-2009-2347
o Remove cygwin from requires: in hint files; rely on sourceware
infrastructure to add it back.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link
on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to
your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
