Boost provides free peer-reviewed portable C++ source libraries. It
emphasize libraries that work well with the C++ Standard Library. Boost
libraries are intended to be widely useful, and usable across a broad
spectrum of applications.

This release includes several packaging changes as well:
* Boost.Build and Boost.Jam are now shipped in the new boost-build package;
* The new Numpy extension library is available for both Python 2 and 3;
* MPI support is enabled via the libboost_mpi-devel package;
* The Python MPI bindings are enabled via python{2,3}-boost.mpi.
