Well, actually Chuck originally asked me to make the announcement
on the cygwin (not cygwin-announce) mailing list, probably it's a
test release. Since I announced the native test release on cygwin,
I figured the X11 test release should be announced on cygwin-xfree,
and not cygwin-xfree-announce.
I apologize in advance if this was in error.
