/usr/share/* and FHS

One thing I forgot to mention w.r.t. gdbm-1.8.3-5 and cvs-1.11.6-1:
All of the man pages are in /usr/share/man/ NOT /usr/man
All of the info pages are in /usr/share/info NOT /usr/info
All of the misc documentation is in /usr/share/doc
(/usr/share/doc/Cygwin) and NOT /usr/doc (/usr/doc/Cygwin)
Ok?
Does this mean that the _update_info_dir behavior needs to account for
both /usr/info and /usr/share/info? Does the base-files package need to
adapt so that MANPATH includes both /usr/man and /usr/share/man (ditto
INFOPATH)?
And what about moving the doc/ stuff? 'salright?
