Well, for glib I can understand, as many CLI programs use it as well.
But when we get to pango, gtk2, and on up, there's a LOT of libraries
involved just building libgnomeui-2.0, forget the whole GNOME desktop.

Instead of making many new categories, perhaps making just one GNOME2
category would be better, similar to X11?  Either that, or the backend
stuff (glib, libIDL, ORBit2, libbonobo-2.0, etc.) will end up in Libs
and Devel (mixed in with tons of other stuff as it is), and the frontend
stuff (gtk2, libglade, libgnomecanvas, and the ui libs) would anyway
belong in X11.

I'm not saying that these libs should only go in GNOME2, but at least
could that be used also (e.g. Libs GNOME2), so that everything can be
found in one category?  It's your call of course, this is just my 2 cents.
