[ITP] (esound, libesound0, libesound-devel)-0.2.34-1

I would like to contribute esound to the Cygwin net distro.  This is a
requirment for libgnome-2, but it requires only libaudiofile0 (which I'm
ITP'ing concurrently).

It can be downloaded with setup.exe from:
