This isn't a Windows only implementation. Insight works with the X
version of Tcl/Tk on other platforms. So what you need is a generic
solution which pleases the insight maintainers. They won't have the
same set of acronyms defined as we have, but I'm pretty sure that
http://cygwin.com/acronyms/#PTC works for them, too ;-)
