I uploaded my libgnomeprint22 and libgnomeprintui22 for manual download:
http://cygwin-ports.sourceforge.net/install/temp/
Let me know how these work for you; I tested printing to a printer with
libgnomeprintui, but not to a file.
I should probably ITP these next week once we're sure they're working.
