Hmmm, I've built it once; looks like there's an update upstream
(including a security fix).  If there's really interest, then I'll
consider it.

FWIW, see http://cygutils.fruitbat.org/testing/ADOPT-ME/netpbm/ Already method-2 packaged; only needs updating to current release. Feel free to adopt it.
