I've just uploaded 0.9.0-2 to release-2 accordingly.

Shouldn't this have a major version bump?

* Runs only on Cygwin 1.7.
* All managed mount code has been removed.
* cygclasses are now installed into ${datadir}/cygport/cygclass.
