Updated for cygwin-1.7: automake1.10-1.10.1-10

Automake is a tool for automatically generating `Makefile.in' files
compliant with the GNU Coding Standards. This is routine update in the
automake-1.10 release series, and contains the latest version of
automake system, automake-1.10.

This cygwin package, automake1.10, can be installed without conflict
alongside the existing automake1.9, automake1.8, automake1.7,
automake1.6, automake1.5, and automake1.4 cygwin packages.

This is the first release specific for cygwin-1.7; the only differences
between this package and the simultaneously-released
automake1.10-1.10.1-2 for cygwin-1.5 are documentation related (the
README references cygport-0.9.2 and cygwin-1.7.0-30, and the
/usr/share/doc/ layout is influenced by the cygport changes between
0.4.0 and 0.9.2).

Changes (automake1.10-1.10.1-1 ---> automake1.10-1.10.1-10)

* This version marks the beginning of cygwin-1.7 specific
  ports. Releases 1.10.1-2 thru 1.10.1-9 are reserved for
  cygwin-1.5.
* Update packaging to use stock cygport-0.9.2
* Import fixes from gentoo
* Ensure distcheck passes when using libtool-2.2 and
  the LT_OUTPUT macro appears in configure.ac.
* Ensure /usr/share/aclocal directory is preserved

Testsuite results:
=======================================================
All 587 tests behaved as expected (3 expected failures)
(28 tests were not run)
=======================================================
(results differ from those reported for cygwin-1.5 because this was run
as Administrator)
